BRCA AGM 2026 – Silverstone Here We Come!

It’s that time of the year again when BRCA members have the chance to shape the future of RC Car Racing. The BRCA Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 will take place on:

📅 Saturday 24th October – Main AGM (starting 1:00 pm)
📅 Sunday 25th October – Section Meetings (starting 10:00 am)

🕐 Doors open: 12:30 pm on Saturday, 09:30 am on Sunday
📍 Venue: Silverstone UTC, Silverstone, Northamptonshire, NN12 8TL

Why the AGM Matters

The AGM is the most important meeting of the year for every BRCA member. As outlined in the BRCA Handbook, the AGM covers:

Reports on the Association and its sections
Presentation of Association accounts
Election of Officers and Auditor
Agreement of the annual membership fee
Discussion of any proposals submitted by members
Setting a provisional date for the next AGM

No BRCA-sanctioned events to take place over the AGM weekend, underlining its importance.

For 2026 we once again request that you register your attendance in advance.

Once registered, you will receive a ticket and further details.
Please bring your ticket with you for check-in on the day.

Proposals – How to Change a Rule

At the BRCA, rules are not imposed by committees or officials — the membership makes the rules. Every member has the right to propose a rule change or a new rule.

How it works:

Discuss your idea with club members and racers.
Ensure your proposal is suitable at national level, not just for your local club.
Submit your proposal using the online form (no paper forms are accepted).
Proposals must be seconded by another member.
